Customer data are stored to answer requests and fulfill orders, as well as for the care of the ongoing customer relationship. Every customer has the right to object to the receipt of product information by regular mail or email at any time. There exists a permanent right of revocation regarding the consent to data storage. Apart from statutory and regulatory notification requirements the data shall only be passed on to third parties subsequent to obtaining permission by the customer.
2) In the case of data transmission in the BESTMOMENTS®.de-Shop by e-mail, the data of the buyer are generally not covered by the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and can therefore be viewed by outsiders.
3) However, using PAYPAL or Credit Card payment methods all relevant data is protected by SSL encryption.
