The prices include applicable VAT. The shipping charges depend on the mode of dispatch and will be specified to you before you place a binding order. All shipping charges at a glance can be found here.

Payment Options
We deliver against advance payment. Payment is possible by advance transfer, COD or by credit card, direct debit or credit on the site www.paypal.de.

Implementation
Advance Transfer:
Immediately upon placing your order you will receive an automatic confirmation which contains the data relevant for effecting payment. In the case of advance transfer your order number must be specified as purpose of use. We do not assume any liability for delays resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided in the advance transfer.

Payment through Paypal:
If you select payment through Paypal when placing your order, you will automatically be referred to www.paypal.de. You will receive an automatic confirmation and Paypal will acknowledge your payment.

Delivery
Delivery is effected through DHL usually within five working days subsequent to receipt of payment. Conclusion of Contract The product presentation in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but only an online catalog without any obligation. Subsequent to entering your personal data and by clicking the button “Send Order” in the final step of the order process you place a binding purchase order for the selected goods and you acknowledge these General Terms and Conditions. The receipt of your order will be confirmed immediately by email, e.g. also by supplying the account number for your transfer. In case you effect advance payment through Paypal there will be no separate confirmation of order. The delivery of goods is regarded as acceptance of the order.

Revocation Right
You may revoke the contract in writing (e.g. by letter, fax, email to bestellung@bestmoments.de ) within two weeks without specifying any reasons or by returning the products, unless you have acted in a commercial or independent professional capacity (orders placed by entrepreneurs). The deadline begins no sooner than receipt of product and delivery of a comprehensive written explanation. In order to meet the deadline, timely mailing of the revocation letter or return of the product is sufficient. The revocation must be addressed to:

Consequences of Revocation
In the event of an effective revocation both parties must return the rendered services and surrender, if applicable, any granted benefits (e.g. interest). If you return the rendered service only in part or in a deteriorated condition, you shall be obliged to provide us with compensation. This shall not apply, if the deterioration of the product is exclusively attributable to its examination, as would have been possible in a store. You can avoid compensation for lost value by not utilizing the products as an owner and by leaving anything that might impair their value. Products that are shipped in a package must be returned at our risk, if possible, in their original packaging. Products that cannot be shipped in a package will be picked up at your site.
The purchaser must bear the return charges, if the delivered product corresponds to the ordered product, and if the price of the returned product does not exceed the amount of €40 or if the purchaser, in the event of a higher price of the product, has at the time of revocation not yet effected the adequate consideration or the contractually agreed partial payment. In other cases the return shall be free of charge for the purchaser. Products that cannot be shipped in a package will be picked up at the purchaser’s. Obligations for reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after dispatching the letter of revocation.

The right of revocation shall not apply in the following cases:

  • Products that have been manufactured according to customer specification or have been clearly customized to personal requirements, and products that due to their nature are not suitable for being returned.
  • Audio and video recordings as well as software, if you have broken the seal on the delivered data carriers.
  • Newspapers, journals and magazines.
